The hotel was clean, with big and comfortable rooms. I had a great view of the street outside and even had a side window that could be opened. The staff were friendly and there was one person at the lobby who could speak English, which was a big help. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a massage center and good food. It was conveniently located near public transportation, with a subway station nearby. The hotel was in the Haidian district, which is in the mountains near this city.
Couldn't stay longer.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities and outstanding service. the exclusive room facilities, including a spacious bathroom and comfortable bedding, made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. the restaurant offered delicious cuisine, and the bar/lounge area provided a great atmosphere for unwinding after a long day. the private facilities, such as the pool and spa, were top-notch and added to the overall luxurious experience. the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met.
The only minor issue we encountered was with the location, which was a bit further from the city center than we anticipated. However, the hotel made up for this by offering a complimentary shuttle service to popular tourist sites.

The free massage and breakfast were great bonuses during our city break. The hotel's location near public transportation and a short ride to the attractions was also helpful. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating.
The language barrier was frustrating as most staff members had limited English skills, making communication difficult. The cigarette smell in the hallways and rooms was also unpleasant.

Great room size, convenient location, and friendly staff. The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily. Its proximity to public transportation was a plus, making traveling around the city easy. The staff members were accommodating and polite.
The breakfast was not up to par with international standards, and there was limited English proficiency among the staff. The breakfast did not have many international choices, and some items were old and hard. I found it challenging to communicate with some of the staff members, which made requesting information more complicated.
